The hotel is in a prime location, near everything and right next to the bustling center of the city. It is situated in the Hamra area, which is known for its great location. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, with modern decoration. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. there is a small but adequate fitness center for guests to use.

Some rooms may experience noise due to the hotel's location near pubs and restaurants.

During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. we liked the fact that the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping service did not meet our expectations, as the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and some facilities were not in proper working order.

A personalized touch, made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel upgraded me to a superior room, comfortable and cozy. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay, from the well-equipped bathroom to the great choice of food at breakfast. I had a flawless experience at Gems Hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a separate lounge area. The large bathroom had good water pressure and was clean. The hotel's Wi-Fi worked well, although I had to sign in frequently. The hotel's location, while a bit away from the downtown area where the main attractions are, was close to neighborhood bars and in a nice area of the city. The staff were positive and helpful, and the service was really good.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant and lively neighborhood. The room service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially loved the terrace and garden area, which was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The in-room amenities, such as free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, were much appreciated. this place really exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and luxurious accommodations.
